Minutes of the Bolton School Directors Meeting

Chittenden East Central Office, Richmond, VT

June 24, 2005

Attendees: Vicky Congdon, Phil Graff, Fred Kenney, Loree Silvis

Meeting came to order at 8:05 am.

Action Items

1. Vicky moved to approve the Tax Anticipation Note from Chittenden Bank in the amount of $543,000.00 dated July 1, 2005; Fred seconded. All in favor. The Board members signed the Note.

2. The Board discussed scheduling a July meeting to discuss security at Smilie School in light of the two recent break-ins and to review status of Lund childcare programs at Smilie. A meeting was scheduled for July 6 at 7 pm at Smilie School.

Meeting adjourned at 8:20 am.
